Our Main Lodge, built in 1921, is the heart and soul of the property and houses our restaurant and tavern. All walks of life meet at the Evergreen to eat, drink, sit on the front porch and make new friends in a spectacular and serene setting. We are the local gathering spot.
We take pride in exceeding expectations and serving great food and wine in a relaxed mountain atmosphere. In the Main Lodge, we offer three meals a day in a variety of locations, including our cozy dining room, intimate front porch, classic tavern and open-air covered patio, so you can choose the experience that suits your mood.
Outside of the Main Lodge, we serve lunch and happy hour snacks at our new Pool Bar (opening this spring) and summertime barbecues in our Coyote Hill event area.
Our state of the art kitchen, completely renovated and expanded in 2009, features a dedicated catering facility, a smoker for fish & game and much more. To deliver the best tasting food, we focus on sourcing all natural meats and local organic produce and on cooking as much as possible from scratch.
In the morning, get your day started with our scrumptious, full-service breakfast and a fresh brewed cup of Peet's coffee available in the main dining room.
Options include French Toast with Maple Syrup, Fresh Buttermilk Pancakes, House Cured Gravlax, Steel Cut Oatmeal, Eggs Benedict, Customized Three-Egg Omelets and more. Check out our full breakfast menu.

For lunch, pick up a grab 'n go lunch in our General Store (fresh gourmet sandwiches, salads and desserts made daily) or enjoy a sit-down lunch prepared to order at the lodge.
Lunch is available in the tavern and open-air covered patio. Options include homemade soups & salads, Grilled Angus Burger, House Made Elk Chili and Grilled Panini Sandwiches, among others. Click here to view our complete lunch menu.
Starting this spring, lunch and happy hour snacks will also be served in our new Pool Bar. We're in the process of developing our Pool Bar menu, which will offer plenty of options for adults and kids alike. Please check back soon for more details!

Dinner at the Evergreen features classic mountain cuisine with a California twist and is available in the main dining room, tavern, open-air covered patio and seasonally on the lodge front porch.
Our dinner menu offers a wide variety of items, from burgers and sandwiches to steaks and seafood to options for the kids. The entire menu is available wherever you dine.
Start with Dungeness Crab and Artichoke Fondue, a fresh salad or homemade soup of the day. Then try one of our Lodge Favorites, including Grilled Flat Iron Steak, Lamb Osso Bucco, Pan Seared Boneless Trout, Herb Roasted Half Chicken or Berkshire Pork Chop, among others. Or choose one of our nightly Lodge Specials.
Then finish off your meal with a Bistro Key Lime Pie, Chocolate Mousse Cake or Classic Crème Brulee, accompanied by an Irish Coffee, Tawny Port or Brandy.

We take pride in serving great wine, and our wine list receives rave reviews. It focuses on affordable, yet superb wines from California, as well as select choices from other areas of the world. We have an extensive choice of wines by the glass and our reserve list will please experienced wine lovers with stellar choices at prices that are hard to pass up.
Our cool kid's drink menu is sure to be a hit as well.

In addition to dinner in the Main Lodge, we offer a summertime barbecue several days each week in our tree-lined Coyote Hill event area.
The barbecue includes timeless classics like grilled-to-order Angus burgers and barbecue free range chicken with red onion marmalade, along with new California style barbecue interpretations like chef Aaron’s homemade vegetarian chili and grilled eggplant ‘burgers’ with roasted red pepper jam.
