We are excited to introduce our new Swimming Pool Area, opening in spring 2012!
Located in sunny Cedar Village, our swimming pool area will be a peaceful retreat, offering beautiful forest and sunset views. The swimming pool area will include:
- Swimming pool & hot tub
- Walk-up pool bar serving drinks & light fare
- Bathrooms, changing rooms & showers
- Upper level Cedar Room & Terrace for activities and private parties

The swimming pool area will be for lodge guests only and will generally be open from 10AM - 9PM (though hours will vary seasonally).
Our swimming pool area will include a 30'x65' heated swimming pool and a 10'x14' in ground hot tub.
The 2,000 square foot swimming pool will provide ample space for adults and children alike to relax and refresh after a long day on the trail. The pool will range in depth from 3 to 4.5' with a large shallow area for kids to play, as well as a comfortable deeper area for adults. The pool will generally be open from April through October.
Our luxurious hot tub will accommodate up to 14 people and will be open year round (weather permitting). The hot tub will provide soothing relief to aching muscles after a day of exploring Yosemite as well as a warm, welcome escape during our cooler seasons.
Both the swimming pool and hot tub will be salt water, providing a wonderful swimming environment with soft, odor and irritation free water.
The pool and hot tub will be surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs, umbrellas and tables, perfect for relaxing, playing games, having a drink or enjoying a snack. Dedicated bathrooms, changing rooms and showers will be located just steps away.
In keeping with our green philosophy, the hot tub will be solar heated, the pool will use an automatic cover each night to minimize energy consumption, and showers will drain to a new gray water landscaping system.

Located adjacent to the swimming pool will be our new walk-up pool bar, the perfect complement to the pool and hot tub.
The Pool Bar will offer an assortment of tasty libations throughout the day, including beer, wine, spirits and refreshing blended drinks, as well as a fun selection of 'cocktails' for the kids.
For those looking to take a break from swimming, the Pool Bar will serve lunch with tasty items for adults and kids. For those looking to enjoy some late afternoon sun or take the edge off before dinner, the Pool Bar will also offer a selection of happy hour snacks.

Located above the Pool Bar will be the Cedar Room & Terrace, our new group and event space. This beautiful upper level area offers a 550 square foot event room with an adjoining covered terrace overlooking the pool.
The Cedar Room & Terrace will be the perfect location for meetings and private events, including small company retreats, family reunions, bridal parties and more. Catering options will be available as well.
Beyond private events, the Cedar Room will also be used for daily activities such as yoga and pilates. The covered terrace will be an amazing spot to escape the sun while enjoying a refreshing beverage or lunch.
