EL CAP HOT COCOA

an Evergreen favorite for years

  • Coffe mug
  • 1 oz of Rumplemint
  • 1 ½  oz of Godiva Chocolate Liquor (dark or white will be fine)
  • Fill rest of coffee mug with hot chocolate
  • Top it off with whipped cream and clear Cream de Menthe

EVERGREEN BLACK BEAR

another Evergreen favorite

  • Coffee mug
  • 1oz of Godiva Chocolate Liquor, again white or dark will be fine
  • 1 ½ oz of Baily’s Irish Cream
  • Fill mug up with hot coffee
  • Top it off with whipped cream

TRADITIONAL TODDY

with a little Douglass twist

  • Coffee mug
  • Muddle 2 lemon wedges
  • 1 ½ oz of Barenjager Honey Liquor
  • 1oz of Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • Fill mug up with very hot water
  • Stir and garnish with a lemon twist

PUNKINTINI

a Douglass original!

  • Build it in a shaker and strain into a martini glass
  • Graham cracker rim
  • Make sure to shake it well
  • 1 oz of pumpkin vodka
  • 1 oz of Rum Chata
  • Splash of spiced pumpkin liquor
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin puree
  • Splash of cream
