OFFERED IN SPRING, SUMMER & FALL*
We’re lucky enough to get to partner with our neighboring Wranglers for a wide range of exclusive horseback riding adventures through some of our area’s most highly sought-after trails. The Chaparral team at Camp Mather takes you back to a simpler time, exploring the surrounding wilderness in much
the same way as the Sierra Nevada’s first explorers. You’ll enjoy the rich sights and sounds of the forest, and you might even make a new friend in your trusty four-legged companion. Choose from 1 to 2-hour riding adventures throughout the day, including a breakfast ride with a campfire breakfast or sunset
view ride.

Tours leave on the hour every hour starting at 8am from the Camp Mather Stables just 1 mile down the road from the Evergreen. Mather’s Wranglers are also
available for private rides.

Online booking is limited to 4 riders per trail ride. Pricing and availability for larger groups available through the Recreation Desk.
