Christmas

Christmastime is a week-long celebration at the Evergreen. In addition to an endless bounty of activities that are fun for all ages, every evening our restaurant serves our classic menu along with memorable holiday specials. In the Tavern eggnog and hot specialty drinks flow along with our broad assortment of wine, beer, and spirits. You’ll find fireside s’mores and hot cocoa under the stars. We truly offer something for everyone.

Besides Santa’s visit, a highlight of the holiday week is Chef Cabrera Old World Christmas Feast. This is another sumptuous array that is partly decided based on the finest available seasonal ingredients, so here is the menu for the 2022 Christmas Dinner to give you a flavor of what is to come. Reserve A la Carte or bundled packages that are available Friday, December 23rd through Monday, December 26th, 2022.

New Year’s

Our New Year’s Celebration combines the best of Yosemite by day and full-throttle fun through the night. To celebrate the 2023 New Year, we’ll be celebrating in Yosemite style. Chef Cabrera will once again prepare a memorable New Year’s Eve feast followed by a fabulous New Year’s Day breakfast to get your new year off to the perfect start.

Chef Haas also oversees the on-site catering for Weddings, Meetings, and Retreats, with the same great care that he brings to the restaurant, Tavern, and Pool Bar. Whether your occasion calls for freshly made trail lunches, selective buffets, quick refueling stations, or a “mountain elegant” plated dinner reception, you’ll be in good hands with our on-site event expert,  Yoanna Logan.
